Your journey to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park begins with a scenic drive from Kampala, your guide will pick you up from your lodge early in the morning. Along the way, you will stop at the Equator landmark in Kayabwe to take photos, observe water experiments demonstrating the Earth's rotation, and browse local crafts. Continuing through Uganda’s picturesque countryside, you will pass rolling hills, terraced farms, and vibrant communities. A lunch stop will be made in Mbarara town before proceeding onward.
Upon arrival at Bwindi, you will check into your lodge, where warm hospitality and stunning views of the surrounding rainforest await, Visit the Batwa Community, learn about their ways and later return to the lodge to relax, dinner and prepare for the exciting gorilla trekking adventure scheduled for the following day.

Day 2

After an early morning breakfast, your adventure begins with gorilla trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. You will drive to the briefing center to be allocated a gorilla family and assigned park rangers who will accompany you throughout the experience. You’ll then embark on a guided hike through dense rainforest to encounter mountain gorillas in their natural habitat. This thrilling experience allows you to observe these gentle giants up close, creating unforgettable memories.
After the trek, you will drive to Lake Bunyonyi, a serene destination known for its breathtaking views and tranquil waters. Here, you can unwind and enjoy activities such as canoeing or birdwatching. To enrich your experience, you will participate in a community tour, visiting local villages to learn about the culture and traditions. After the community tour, you will return to your lodge for dinner and your overnight stay.

Day 3
Transfer to Entebbe
Transfer to Entebbe
In the morning, after breakfast, you will check out of your room and head to your Jeep. Your guide will be waiting to transfer you to Entebbe, where you’ll be dropped off at your lodge or the airport. The journey takes about eight to nine hours, depending on traffic. There will be stops for bathroom breaks, coffee, and lunch along the way. Upon arrival in Entebbe, this amazing trip will come to an end. We hope to see you again on another adventure.

FYI: The rainforest terrain can be steep, muddy, and humid, so sturdy waterproof hiking boots with ankle support are essential. Long trousers and long-sleeved shirts in neutral colors protect against scratches and insects, while a rain jacket ensures comfort in sudden downpours. Lightweight layers help with chilly mornings at altitude. Gloves, and a waterproof daypack add extra protection. Don’t forget insect repellent, snacks. Carry your, passport, and a camera.
