After breakfast, you head to the rangers’ post for a briefing on the rules of gorilla trekking. Afterwards, you enter the forest to begin your adventure. The rainforest is breathtaking—steep, lush, and dense, yet crossed by animal trails that guide your hike. The trek can last 4–8 hours depending on the gorillas’ movements. When you finally find a gorilla family, you spend an hour with them, a truly unforgettable moment. Then return to the lodge to rest after the trek as you reflect on the beauty of Bwindi and the incredible privilege of meeting these endangered primates in their natural home.

After breakfast, depart Bwindi and drive to Ishasha Sector in Queen Elizabeth National Park, passing scenic hills, farmland, and local villages. Upon arrival, embark on a game drive to spot the famous tree-climbing lions lounging on acacia trees, along with elephants, buffalo, and antelopes. Observe and photograph these iconic animals while your guide explains their behaviors.
Then continue northward toward your lodge, check in, and enjoy dinner & an overnight stay.

After an early breakfast, you will proceed for a morning game drive in the Kasenyi plains and be on the lookout for Cape buffaloes, herds of elephants, lions, leopards, and others. Return to the accommodation for some rest time and lunch.
After lunch, you will go for a 2-hour boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel that connects Lakes George and Edward. During the trip, the sight of wildlife, including giant hippos, elephants, and crocodiles, among others, will fascinate you. You will also see many varieties of birds on the riverbank.
After the boat trip, return to the lodge for some rest and relaxation.

After breakfast, check out and drive to Murchison Falls National Park. Highlights include the roaring falls and wide plains of Uganda’s largest park, where you may see lions, leopards, giraffes, buffalo, elephants, and more. Bird lovers can enjoy spotting some of the park’s 450 species, including the grey parrot, dwarf kingfisher, and Goliath heron. Expect lunch en route. The long drive is scenic, offering beautiful landscapes all the way to the top of the falls.

You will have your breakfast and then drive off to Zziwa Rhino Sanctuary—a successful conservation effort that was set to save the near-extinct rhino population in Uganda. Today, visitors to Uganda have a chance to encounter rhinos thanks to this effort. Once at Zziwa, you will proceed for an hour of on-foot rhino tracking. From the rhino tracking, we will drive off to Entebbe for a drop-off at the airport (from 18:00 or later) or the hotel of your booking.
