As you travel through its rolling hills, you’ll often see Maasai herding their livestock—an authentic glimpse into local life. Full Game Drive in the Northern Serengeti National Park

Full Game Drive in the Northern Serengeti National Park

You'll enjoy a full day game drive in the northern part of the National Park. Your guide will take you to the areas where the action is at its peak. For example, a day game drive could take you to a viewpoint along the Mara or Sand Rivers. With a bit of luck, you might witness one of the dramatic river crossings by massive herds of wildebeest and zebras. Each year, these animals face the life-threatening challenge of crossing the rivers in search of better grazing. Steep banks lead to the riverbanks, where they swim across, with crocodiles waiting in the water. On the opposite side, they must climb steep slopes, where lions, hyenas, and leopards may be waiting.
