The approximately 170 km journey passes through the park and local villages, providing opportunities to observe wildlife and interact with local communities along the way. On arrival at Hwange Safari Lodge, you will be promptly checked in and can settle in, ready to begin your safari adventure.

This thrilling adventure takes you through Zimbabwe's largest national park, offering unforgettable wildlife encounters and breathtaking scenery. At 9:00 am, you are picked up from your hotel and transferred to Hwange National Park for a full-day game drive. Covering approximately 14,600 square kilometers (5,640 square miles), Hwange is famed for its vast landscapes, diverse ecosystems, and abundant wildlife, including the iconic Big Five. Midday, enjoy a picnic lunch within the park, surrounded by the sights and sounds of the wilderness. The game drive continues into the afternoon, concluding around 4:00 pm, when you are transferred back to your hotel, completing an immersive and memorable safari experience.

At 10:00 am, you will begin your transfer to Victoria Falls, where you will be promptly checked in at the Rainbow Hotel. At 4:00 pm, embark on a two-hour afternoon boat cruise along the Zambezi River, concluding at sunset. This iconic cruise offers relaxation, stunning scenery, and opportunities to spot wildlife along one of Africa’s most famous rivers. After the cruise, you’ll return to the hotel. At 7:00 pm, enjoy the Boma Dinner & Drum Show, a vibrant cultural experience featuring traditional African cuisine, rhythmic music, and interactive entertainment that immerses you in Southern Africa’s rich heritage. After the show, you will be transferred back to the hotel around 09:30 pm.

After the guided tour, you may choose to extend your exploration with optional activities, including a thrilling helicopter Flight of Angels over the Falls or a bridge tour and visit to the surrounding areas leading up to the Zambian border, offering breathtaking aerial and scenic perspectives of this natural wonder.

After breakfast, you will check out of your lodge and begin the journey to Elephant Sands, approximately 250 kilometers (155 miles) from Chobe (Kasane). The drive typically takes 3.5 to 4 hours, depending on road conditions and stops along the way, with arrival expected around lunchtime. After lunch, embark on an afternoon game drive through the surrounding wilderness, concluding at sunset. In the evening, gather around the lodge’s open fire and enjoy the unforgettable spectacle of elephants coming to the waterhole to drink and wallow in the mud—an intimate and mesmerizing wildlife experience. Guests then return to their lodges for dinner and overnight accommodation.

After breakfast, you will check out from Elephant Sands and begin a 150 km journey to Planet Baobab Lodge in the Makgadikgadi region. At 2:00 pm, guests are picked up for an afternoon excursion exploring the vast Makgadikgadi Salt Pans and enjoying a memorable meerkat interaction. The salt pans present a surreal landscape of endless white plains beneath expansive skies, while the friendly meerkats often emerge to climb onto guests for a closer view. During the dry season, the pans are ideal for quad biking and stargazing, while the wet season transforms the desert into a vibrant oasis with flamingos and wildlife. Guests return to Planet Baobab Lodge in the evening, with dinner and overnight accommodation following, expected around 8:00 pm.
