We pick you up from your lodge and set off on a scenic two-hour drive to Tarangire National Park, with picnic lunches packed for the day. Tarangire is renowned for hosting Tanzania’s largest population of African elephants, offering unforgettable sightings of massive herds roaming freely. Your day will be filled with game drives through diverse landscapes dotted with ancient baobab trees and winding rivers. Alongside elephants, expect to encounter lions, leopards, cheetahs, giraffes, wildebeests, zebras, and a range of antelope species including impalas and gazelles. With an expert guide by your side, immerse yourself in the rich sounds and sights of the African wilderness. After lunch in the heart of the park, enjoy a transfer game drive as you head to your lodge for dinner and a restful overnight stay.

Tarangire National Park to Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, you’ll be picked up from your hotel and begin your journey toward the iconic Serengeti National Park. Along the way, you’ll pass through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, where you’ll pause to take in the breathtaking view of the Ngorongoro Crater—a UNESCO World Heritage Site. As you continue, the landscape transforms into the vast, open plains of the Serengeti. The name "Serengeti" comes from the Maasai word Siringitu, meaning "endless plains," and you’ll quickly see why, as golden grasslands stretch as far as the eye can see, only interrupted by ancient granite rock formations known as kopjes. These rocky outcrops serve as perfect lookout points for predators like leopards and lions, offering you a high chance of spotting them from your vehicle’s open roof. In the afternoon, enjoy a hearty home-style meal before arriving at your lodge for the evening.

After breakfast, you will continue the game drive through the Serengeti National Park. You will see hundreds of wildebeests and zebras, lions, and other big cats such as leopards and cheetahs, in the Seronera Valley. Take a break in your day by enjoying lunch with us in Serengeti National Park. After lunch, you will park for a transfer game drive to Ngorongoro Highlands and exit heading to your lodge. You'll love the warm light and cooler temperatures as we exit the park with different views of wildlife.

Day 4

Wake up to the bird calls meaning another day in the wild side of Africa and begin the day with a morning game drive in the legendary Ngorongoro Crater, tracing the Big Five wild animals until lunch break. The crater's unique ecosystem offers excellent opportunities to spot various wildlife, including rare and endangered rhinos and leopards. Be prepared for unforgettable encounters with various animals roaming freely in this natural wonder. If you are interested in the Maasai culture, you can visit the Maasai village. As the day draws to a close, transfer game drive as you exit the crater and drive to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast, we'll depart the lodge and depart for a safari tour at Lake Manyara National Park. We'll have a full-day game drive and lunch in the park, Nestled at the base of the Great Rift Valley, this park boasts a spectacular backdrop of the alkaline Lake Manyara. Encounter tree-climbing lions, vast elephant herds, and an array of bird species, including flamingos and pelicans. The park's diverse habitats, from dense forests to open plains, provide a unique safari experience, making every game drive a captivating adventure. After lunch, you will have a transfer game drive as you head back to Arusha. This will be the end of our tour. We are flexible, our tours can always be customed upon request.
