Your adventure begins with an early morning Pickup from your Airbnb/Hotel, and departure from Nairobi, winding through Kenya's fertile central highlands. Arrive at The Ark Lodge before lunch. As you settle into your cabin, keep watch from the lodge's multiple viewing decks where elephants, buffalo, and rare bongo antelopes frequently visit. The afternoon features your first guided walk through the park's dense bamboo forests, learning about unique montane ecosystems from our expert guide. As night falls, the lodge comes alive with wildlife activity – sip your drink while spotting hyenas and leopards at the salt lick below.
