Arusha to Ngorongoro Conservation Area

Pick up from Arusha at 7:00 AM by our guide. You will drive through beautiful highlands and Maasai villages to Ngorongoro. Arrive at Ngorongoro Coffee Lodge, which is surrounded by lush coffee plantations. Check in, relax, and enjoy the fresh highland air as you take your lunch. After your lunch, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater. This is one of the best places to see the Big Five. Expect to see lions, elephants, rhinos, buffalo, and hippos. Flamingos and other birds also decorate the crater lakes.

Serengeti National Park

Spend the whole day on a game drive across the Serengeti plains after breakfast. Look for the Great Migration (seasonal), big cats like lions and cheetahs, elephants, giraffes, and many other animals. A picnic lunch in the wild makes the day even more special, you will have this at the best sites of the Serengeti designated lunch areas, later you will head back to your lodge for dinner at overnight stay.

Serengeti Morning Drive and Transfer to Tarangire

Enjoy a short early morning game drive en route (on your way out) after breakfast and check out, then drive to Tarangire National Park, which is 3-4 hrs away. Along the way, you will see a change in landscapes from wide open plains to rolling hills with baobab trees. Check in for Lunch and a bit of relaxation. Spend the rest of the afternoon exploring Tarangire NP, famous for huge herds of elephants, ancient baobab trees, and lots of bird species. Keep an eye out for lions lounging in trees and large groups of wildebeests and zebras near the river.
Dinner and Overnight Stay: Tarangire Simba Lodge.
