You’ll be picked up from your hotel in Arusha at 7:30 AM and begin your journey to Tarangire National Park, enjoying a scenic drive and a packed picnic lunch along the way. Renowned as Tanzania’s third-largest national park, Tarangire is famed for its towering baobab trees and its river, which draws in a wide variety of wildlife. This park is home to some of the largest elephant herds in Africa, as well as lion, leopard, cheetah, buffalo, giraffe, zebra, eland, Oryx, and the elusive lesser kudu. After a full day of thrilling game drives, you'll head to your camp or lodge, where a warm, delicious dinner will be served.

Day 2
Lake Manyara

You'll be picked up from your hotel at 7:00 AM and drive to Lake Manyara National Park with a picnic lunch for the day. As you enter the park, you’ll pass through beautiful forests filled with acacia and mahogany trees, setting the scene for the adventure ahead. You'll spend the day on a game drive, with a break to enjoy your lunch in the park. Keep your eyes open for animals like buffalo, giraffe, impala, baboons, and blue monkeys. If you're lucky, you might even spot the famous tree-climbing lions. In the right season, the lake’s shore turns pink with thousands of flamingos. After the game drive, you’ll head to your camp or lodge, where a tasty dinner will be waiting for you.

Day 3

After breakfast, around 8:00 AM, you'll head to Lake Natron with packed lunch boxes. The drive takes about 3.5 hours from Mto wa Mbu or Manyara. Lake Natron is a unique and beautiful place, known for its shallow, salty waters. After checking in and taking a short break, you'll go for a walk along the lake with a local Maasai guide. Keep an eye out for birds, especially the lesser flamingos, which gather here in huge numbers during the breeding season (September to January). After the walk, return to your lodge or camp for dinner and rest.

Day 4

Your day starts early at 6:00 AM with a short hike to the beautiful Ngare Sero Waterfalls, guided by a local Maasai. Enjoy the cool mist and scenic views—don’t forget your walking shoes! After returning by 8:30 AM and having breakfast, you’ll begin the drive to Serengeti National Park. Along the way, you’ll pass villages, forests, and open plains, with chances to see wildlife like zebras, antelope, and wildebeest. You’ll enter the Serengeti in the afternoon and enjoy a game drive across its wide open plains. Look out for large herds and predators like lions. Lunch will be a picnic during the drive. The day ends with dinner and rest at your lodge or camp.

Day 5

Today, you can choose to start your game drive early at 6:00 AM and return later for breakfast, then go out again in the afternoon with a packed lunch. Or, have a relaxed breakfast and head out around 9:00 AM for a full day game drive with lunch on the go. You’ll explore the central Serengeti, especially the Seronera area, known for its rich wildlife and the Seronera River, which attracts many animals. This area is famous for lions and leopards, and even outside the migration season, you can spot many lion prides here. After a full day of wildlife viewing, you’ll return to your lodge or camp by evening for dinner and rest.

Day 6
Central Serengeti to Ngorongoro

After breakfast at around 6:30 AM, you’ll leave camp with a packed lunch for a morning game drive in the Serengeti. Your guide will choose the best routes based on what you’ve already seen and your interests. You’ll likely spot more big cats, especially lions, along with other wildlife. After lunch, you’ll head toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Depending on your lodge, you’ll either stay inside the conservation area or nearby in Karatu. The day ends with dinner and a good night’s rest.

Day 7

Today starts early with a quick breakfast, followed by a 6:30 AM descent into the Ngorongoro Crater. This huge volcanic crater is home to many animals, including elephants, buffalo, black rhinos, hippos, hyenas, cheetahs, and lions. You’ll enjoy a 5-hour game drive on the crater floor, with great chances for photos. After a picnic lunch by the Hippo Pool, you’ll head up out of the crater and drive to your lodge at Lake Eyasi to relax. In the late afternoon, you can choose to take a short walk along the lake to see flamingos and other birds.

Day 8

Your day begins early at 5:30 AM with a light breakfast before heading out to meet the Hadzabe Bushmen, one of the last hunter-gatherer tribes in East Africa. You'll join them in their morning activities like hunting, bush walks, and making a campfire. You may also take part in honey gathering and foraging baobab fruit.
Later, you’ll visit the Datoga people, skilled farmers and blacksmiths known for crafting tools and jewelry. After the cultural visits, you’ll return to your lodge for a hot lunch, then drive back to Arusha, arriving around 5:00 PM.

Day 9

This morning, you'll enjoy a cultural tour with the Datoga people, known for their farming skills and traditional blacksmith work, including crafting tools and jewelry. After the visit, you'll return to your lodge for a hot lunch before driving back to Arusha, arriving around 5:00 PM.

Day 10
Kilimanjaro Hiking
Kilimanjaro Hiking
Today, you’ll be picked up early in the morning and driven to the Marangu Gate at Mount Kilimanjaro. From there, you’ll begin a scenic day hike on the lower slopes of the mountain, enjoying the lush rainforest and a picnic lunch along the way. After a 4 to 5-hour hike, you’ll descend and drive to a nearby lodge for a shower and some rest. Depending on your schedule, you’ll either head to the airport for your flight home or spend the night in Arusha and fly out the next day.
