Today, your driver-guide will pick you up and drive from Mikumi to Udzungwa Mountains. You’ll hike to the Sanje Waterfalls, the tallest in the area. Enjoy a refreshing swim in the pools and keep an eye out for birds and wildlife in this special habitat. Baboons and vervet monkeys are often seen, and you may also spot amphibians and other birds. Overnight stay in Udzungwa.

Giraffes can often be seen feeding on acacia leaves along the Mkata River. The park’s miombo woodlands also house greater kudu and sable antelope in the foothills. After the game drive, your driver-guide will transfer you to your hotel in Dar es Salaam.
