Zanzibar to Central Serengeti National Park

You’ll arrive at Seronera Airstrip around 11:00 a.m., where your professional safari guide will be ready to welcome you with a picnic lunch. Your adventure begins immediately as you set out on a game drive through the heart of the Serengeti. Around 1:00 p.m., you’ll pause to enjoy your lunch in the midst of the wilderness, then continue your exploration in search of Serengeti’s renowned big cats and diverse wildlife. In the evening, you’ll head to Land of Nature Lodge & Camps (or a similar lodge, subject to availability) for a delicious dinner and an overnight stay surrounded by nature.

Serengeti National Park to Karatu

You’ll start your day early with a sunrise game drive in the Serengeti—an unforgettable experience and the perfect time to witness predators in action as the golden light sweeps across the plains. Watching the sun rise over the vast savannah is a truly magical moment.

After returning for a late breakfast, you’ll begin your journey toward Ngorongoro. The drive itself doubles as a game drive, offering more chances to spot the Big Five, the Great Migration, or any wildlife you may have missed earlier. Your guide will tailor the journey to help you make the most of every opportunity.

Along the way, you'll have the chance to visit a traditional Maasai boma. Here, you'll witness (and even join in) a vibrant Maasai dance, explore their village, and browse handcrafted items at the local market—a memorable cultural experience that adds a special touch to your safari adventure.

Ngorongoro Crater to Zanzibar

After breakfast, you'll head to the stunning Ngorongoro Crater, often called the Eighth Wonder of the World. From the rim, enjoy panoramic views before descending into the caldera, home to the Big Five, rare black rhinos, hippos, and a variety of other wildlife.

You’ll enjoy a picnic lunch by the hippo pool before continuing your game drive, then transfer to Arusha Airport in the afternoon.
