Your Tanzanian adventure begins as you land at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) or Arusha Airport, where your private guide welcomes you and drives you 2.5 hours to Tarangire National Park. After checking into the scenic Tarangire Safari Lodge, perched above the Tarangire River, you’ll head out for an afternoon game drive in a private 4x4 vehicle. Tarangire’s vast plains teem with massive elephant herds, giraffes, lions, leopards, and over 500 bird species, framed by ancient baobab trees. A packed lunch keeps you fueled amidst the wilderness. As evening falls, embark on a thrilling night game drive (additional cost, arranged via the lodge), a rare opportunity in Tanzania’s national parks to spot nocturnal creatures like aardvarks, bush babies, and elusive leopards under the stars. After a leisurely breakfast, embark on a scenic drive towards the Serengeti National Park, passing through the fertile crater highlands where the industrious Iraqw people cultivate wheat, corn, and aromatic coffee. As you approach the park, the landscape transforms into the vast expanse of the Serengeti, a breathtaking tapestry of short-grass plains, savannahs, and rugged kopjes.
Witness the incredible spectacle of the Great Migration, a symphony of life that unfolds across the Serengeti. Observe massive herds of wildebeest, zebras, and gazelles as they traverse the plains, their movements dictated by the rhythm of the seasons.
Later, arrive at your comfortable Campsite, whereby you can all participate in settling the tents where you will be sleeping and ready to recount the day's thrilling encounters over a delicious dinner and prepare for the next chapter of your unforgettable safari adventure.

Start your day with an early breakfast and a final thrilling morning game drive through the Serengeti. Marvel at the wildlife and sweeping landscapes, making the most of your last moments in this iconic park. As you depart Serengeti, you’ll continue your journey through the endless plains, where more wildlife might cross your path.
Along the way, stop to enjoy a scenic picnic lunch, taking in the stunning views and nature surrounding you. Afterward, you’ll head toward Seronera for another game drive, immersing yourself in the vibrant ecosystem.
In the late afternoon, the journey continues to the Ngorongoro Crater. After around 3 to 4 hours of scenic drive, you’ll arrive at your Ngorongoro campsite. Here, you’ll check in, relax, and enjoy a delicious dinner, ready to recharge for the exciting day ahead in one of Africa’s most remarkable wildlife destinations.

Day 4

After an early breakfast, you'll begin your day by descending into the heart of the Ngorongoro Crater, a natural wonder and one of the world’s richest wildlife areas. Here, among the lush plains and unique landscapes, you’ll have the chance to spot the majestic Big Five lions, elephants, buffaloes, rhinos, and leopards. The crater’s abundant vegetation and water sources create a vibrant habitat for a variety of animals, from hippos to zebras and rare species of birds.
As you continue your game drive, you'll enjoy a peaceful picnic lunch surrounded by the beauty of the crater floor. After a day filled with unforgettable wildlife sightings, you’ll ascend to the crater rim and start your drive back to Arusha then fly to Zanzibar.
Upon arrival in Arusha, your guide will transfer you to the airport for your onward journey, bringing your memorable Ekarua Wild Safaris, safari to a close.
