Lake Manyara National Park

Depart from Arusha and drive to Lake Manyara National Park. Explore the varied landscapes including forests, grasslands, and the alkaline lake. Spot elephants, baboons, hippos, and flamingos. If you’re lucky, you might even see the park’s rare tree-climbing lions. After the game drive, head to your lodge near Karatu for overnight.

Ngorongoro Crater

Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a day of game viewing. This unique volcanic caldera is home to an incredible variety of animals, including lions, buffalo, zebras, hippos, and rhinos. Enjoy a picnic lunch by a scenic hippo pool before ascending the crater rim and continuing to your accommodation for the night.

After the game drive, begin your return to Arusha, where the safari ends.
