Day 2

After a hearty breakfast, your journey into the wild begins! Today, you’ll head out on a 2-hour scenic drive to Tarangire National Park, a hidden gem famed for its massive baobab trees and large herds of elephants that roam its ancient landscapes. As you travel through the park in a 4x4 safari vehicle with a pop-up roof, keep your eyes peeled for a diverse array of animals including lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, and even elusive leopards. A delicious picnic lunch will be enjoyed at a scenic viewpoint, offering breathtaking panoramas of the park. En route, stop briefly at the Ngorongoro Crater viewpoint for an awe-inspiring look at the world's largest intact volcanic caldera. The journey then continues through Maasai villages and into the vast, open plains of Serengeti National Park. You’ll enjoy a picnic lunch and begin your first Serengeti game drive in the afternoon, soaking in your first glimpses of endless savannah dotted with acacia trees and teeming with wildlife. Your evening concludes with dinner and overnight at the Seronera Campsite, in the heart of the park.

Your day ends at Simba Campsite, perched on the rim of the Ngorongoro Crater, offering spectacular views into the lush green caldera below.
