Fly from Z'Bar to Tarangire National Park

Your journey begins with a flight from Zanzibar to Arusha. Upon arrival, you will be picked up from the airport and driven for approximately two hours to Tarangire National Park. After checking in, spend the day exploring this beautiful park, famous for its ancient baobab trees and large herds of elephants that thrive here during the dry season. In the evening, continue to the vibrant village of Mto wa Mbu for a delicious dinner and overnight stay, where you can immerse yourself in the local culture.

Ngorongoro Crater back to Arusha

After breakfast, you'll drive for 45 minutes to Ngorongoro Crater. After registration at the entrance gate, descend 600 meters to the crater floor, where you'll be amazed by the abundance of grazing mammals. The Crater is a prime location to spot the mighty Big 5.

In the afternoon, enjoy lunch at a picnic site near a hippo pool (with washrooms available). Later, drive back to Arusha for a two-hour journey, where you'll stay overnight.

Optional: Experience a night tour in Arusha town (drinks at your own expense).
