Arrival in Entebbe – Welcome to Uganda

Upon your arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you will be warmly received by a friendly representative from Voyage Balquees. After a brief introduction and a short overview of your upcoming safari adventure, you will be assisted with your luggage and comfortably transferred to your hotel in either Entebbe, depending on your preference and arrival time.

Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

After an early breakfast, you will embark on a scenic drive to Bwindi in southwestern Uganda. The journey takes you through beautiful countryside, local villages, and rolling hills. You’ll arrive in the evening and check in at your lodge, nestled on the edge of the forest.

Gorilla Trekking Experience in Bwindi

After an early breakfast, you’ll head to the park headquarters for a briefing before beginning your unforgettable gorilla trekking adventure. Once you locate a gorilla family, you’ll spend up to one hour observing them in their natural habitat. After the trek, return to the lodge for a relaxed afternoon or optional community visit.

Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park

After enjoying a hearty breakfast at your lodge in Bwindi, you'll set off for Queen Elizabeth National Park, driving through the scenic southern route known as the Ishasha sector. This part of the park is particularly famous for its tree-climbing lions, often found resting in fig and acacia trees—an incredible and rare sight in the wild. As you drive through, keep an eye out for these elusive cats along with other wildlife like elephants, buffaloes, and antelopes that roam the plains

You will arrive in Queen Elizabeth National Park in the afternoon and proceed to your accommodation for the night.
Settle in, enjoy a delicious dinner, and relax as you prepare for the exciting game drive and boat cruise the following day.
