1-Day Gorilla Trekking Experience Bwindi Impenetrable NP

Wake up as early as 05:00-06:00am your driver guide will meet you up at your hotel in Kabale After an early breakfast, you will travel to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park You will take part in a briefing at the park headquarters and after that you’ll be assigned to a specific gorilla family and briefed on tracking etiquette and safety procedures. Begin your guided trek into the dense forest in search of a habituated gorilla family. Trek duration varies from 2 to 8 hours depending on the gorillas’ location, terrain, and pace of the group. Upon locating the gorillas, you’ll spend a magical hour observing them watching juveniles play, mothers nurse their young, and the silverback keep watch all from a safe and respectful distance. Rangers and trackers will be on hand to interpret behaviors and ensure safety.
After tracking, you will be driven back to your hotel in Kabale and that marks the end of this tour.
