Day 2
Arusha to Tarangire National Park

Your safari adventure officially begins today! After an early breakfast, you’ll be picked up from your accommodation at 7:45 a.m. for a scenic two-hour drive to Tarangire National Park. Famous for its massive elephant herds and ancient baobab trees, Tarangire features a striking mix of landscapes—from open savannahs and seasonal swamps to the wildlife-rich banks of the Tarangire River.
You'll set out on a thrilling game drive in an open-roof safari vehicle, with the chance to spot giraffes, zebras, impalas, lions, leopards, elephants, elands, warthogs, and a wide array of birdlife. At midday, you'll pause for a picnic lunch at a scenic viewpoint before continuing your exploration. As the sun sets, you will head to your lodge for dinner and a restful overnight stay.

Day 3
Visiting Hadzabe and Lake Eyasi
Visiting Hadzabe and Lake Eyasi
After breakfast, you'll embark on a culturally immersive journey to Lake Eyasi. Your first experience will be with the Hadzabe community, one of the world's few remaining groups maintaining a traditional hunter-gatherer way of life. You'll engage with them as they share insights into their daily practices, including traditional hunting methods, honey collection, and the use of temporary shelters adapted to their environment. Their unique click-based language and profound relationship with the natural world offer a rare and authentic cultural encounter.
In the afternoon, you'll visit the Datoga community, renowned for their exceptional craftsmanship in beadwork and traditional blacksmithing skills that have been carefully preserved and passed down through generations.
Following a day of meaningful cultural engagement and learning, you will return to your lodge for dinner and a restful overnight stay.

Day 4
Drive to Serengeti National Park
Drive to Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, you'll set off on your journey to the legendary Serengeti. Though the drive takes approximately 4 to 5 hours and can be a bit bumpy at times, it’s filled with rewarding wildlife sightings as you travel through the scenic crater highlands and into the sweeping plains of the Serengeti.
Weather permitting, you will enjoy a brief stop at the Ngorongoro Crater Viewpoint to take in the breathtaking panoramic views of the caldera.
You'll savor a picnic lunch along the way, surrounded by the region’s striking natural beauty. Upon entering the park, you will embark on an exciting afternoon game drive, where the Serengeti’s abundant wildlife and vast landscapes come to life.
As evening approaches, you'll arrive at your lodge or tented camp for a hearty dinner and a tranquil overnight stay in the heart of this iconic wilderness.

Get ready for a full day of adventure in Serengeti National Park! From sunrise to sunset, you'll go on thrilling game drives across the open plains, searching for the famous Big Five—lions, elephants, leopards, buffalo, and rhinos.
Along the way, you might also spot some of the 500+ bird species that call the Serengeti home.
As the day winds down and the sun sets over the savannah, you will return to your lodge or camp for a tasty dinner and a peaceful night’s rest.
Want to make your day even more special? You can choose to add a hot-air balloon ride or a guided walking safari for an unforgettable view of the Serengeti (extra cost applies).

Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast, you’ll head out on a scenic drive to the Ngorongoro Crater, enjoying about 3 hours of wildlife viewing along the way. The crater is one of Africa’s most amazing natural wonders and is home to many animals, including the rare black rhino.
Once you arrive, you’ll spend 5 to 6 hours exploring the crater floor, taking in its beautiful landscapes and spotting all kinds of wildlife. Later in the day, you’ll travel to your lodge for dinner and a relaxing overnight stay.

You'll begin your day with a hearty breakfast, taking a moment to reflect on the unforgettable experiences of your safari. After breakfast, you will check out of your lodge around 10:00 a.m. You’ll then be transferred to your chosen drop-off point—either a hotel in Arusha or Kilimanjaro, or directly to Arusha or Kilimanjaro Airport—bringing your safari adventure to a close.
