After breakfast, your safari guide will pick you up from the lodge for a scenic 3-hour drive to Tarangire National Park, with lunch boxes packed for the journey. Tarangire is a fantastic destination for bird lovers and wildlife enthusiasts alike. Especially during the dry season, the Tarangire River becomes a vital water source, attracting large herds of elephants, zebras, and antelopes—as well as predators like lions and leopards. The park is home to over 500 bird species, including several that are endemic to Tanzania, making it a true haven for birdwatching.

Day 2

After breakfast, your safari guide will pick you up from your hotel and drive you through the scenic Ngorongoro Highlands toward Serengeti National Park. Along the way, enjoy stunning views before reaching the park entrance, where your game drive adventure begins.

Covering about 15,000 sq km, Serengeti is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Africa’s most iconic safari destinations. It’s home to over 2 million herbivores, 4,000 lions, 1,000 leopards, 550 cheetahs, and nearly 500 bird species. In the dry season, the park comes alive with massive herds of wildebeests and zebras during the Great Migration.

Even outside migration months, the Northern Serengeti offers incredible wildlife viewing, including elephants, hippos, giraffes, crocodiles, and the rare oribi antelope.

By evening, you'll head to your lodge or camp for a relaxing dinner and overnight stay in the heart of the wilderness.
