Flight from Zanzibar to Northern Serengeti National Park (Kogatende)
In the early morning, at 6:00 am (pick-up time varies based on your hotel's location in Zanzibar), our driver will collect you and transport you to the airport for an 8:00 am flight from Zanzibar to Serengeti. Upon your arrival at 11:00 am, you will meet our driver-guide to begin your game drive.
Serengeti National Park has been categorized as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. The great migration is a natural cycle during which millions of wildebeest, zebras, and Thompson's gazelles cross the river from Serengeti to Masai Mara in Kenya. It offers incredible natural views; a 4x4 Land Cruiser is parked along the river to witness this spectacular natural event while facing the formidable challenge of Nile crocodiles. During this time, the predators migrate north for their final feast.
A packed lunch will be enjoyed at the picnic site inside the park every afternoon.
Dinner will be served at the lodge from 7:00 to 9:30 pm
End of game drive: From 4:00 pm.
