We will pick you up from the airport or hotel and drive towards Mikumi National Park, which is approximately a 5-6 hour journey. We will make a stop in Morogoro town for hot lunch. Upon arrival at Mikumi National Park, you’ll enjoy an afternoon game drive.

Mikumi National Park is Tanzania’s fourth-largest and most accessible park from Dar es Salaam. Covering 3,230 sq km, it is nestled between the Uluguru Mountains to the north and the Lumango Mountains to the southeast. The park is home to a variety of wildlife, including buffaloes, giraffes, elephants, lions, pythons, zebras, leopards, crocodiles, and more.

After enjoying the game drive you will take your time and sleeping at Tan-swiss lodge and waiting for day 2 activities.

After breakfast with packed lunches enjoy 2-3 hours game drive inside the park. Afterward, we will head back to Dar es Salaam. Upon arrival, you will be dropped off at your hotel or at the airport for your flight back home.
