Fly from Zanzibar to Arusha Airport then Drive to Tarangire National Park

Program of the Day :After breakfast at your accommodation in Zanzibar, you will depart for Zanzibar Airport for your scheduled flight to Arusha. Upon arrival at Arusha Airport around 9:15 AM, you will be warmly welcomed by our professional guide. After a short safari briefing, your unforgettable journey begins as you head to Tarangire National Park, one of Tanzania’s hidden treasures, ideal for those who appreciate wilderness and tranquility.

Tarangire features a strikingly diverse landscape, characterized by iconic baobab trees and towering termite mounds. Depending on the season, the scenery shifts from dusty red plains to lush green vegetation filled with tall grasses.

The park is well known for its large elephant herds and is home to a wide variety of wildlife, including zebras, giraffes, wildebeests, buffaloes, impalas, waterbucks, baboons, and fringe-eared oryx. Predators such as lions, cheetahs, and leopards may also be spotted during your game drive.

Ngorongoro Crater later drive back to Arusha

Program of the Day: After breakfast, depart to Ngorongoro Conservation Area for a game drive inside Ngorongoro Crater while carrying lunch boxes.

The Ngorongoro Crater offers Africa’s finest wildlife viewing, with a year-round water supply sustaining an exceptional concentration of wildlife. Descending 610 meters into this natural wonder, your safari begins with sightings of the endangered black rhino, wildebeest, buffalo, zebra, eland, and gazelles. Towering elephants, lions, leopards, and cheetahs thrive here, alongside scavengers like hyenas, jackals, and wild dogs. With over 500 recorded bird species, the Ngorongoro Conservation Area is a true haven for both wildlife enthusiasts and bird watchers.

Once we finish Game drive, we will drive back to Arusha Airport for your flight back to Zanzibar.
