Arusha to Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, begin your scenic drive through the Ngorongoro Highlands to Serengeti National Park. Stop at viewpoints for photos and enjoy a picnic lunch. Enter the Serengeti through Naabi Hill Gate and begin your first thrilling game drive. Spot herds of wildebeest, lions, elephants, and more. Dinner and overnight at a mid-range lodge or tented camp in the Serengeti.

Central Serengeti game drives

Spend a full day exploring the Serengeti’s central plains or tracking the migration, depending on the season. Early morning and late afternoon are best for predator sightings. Lunch will be picnic-style or hot at camp, depending on your preference. Return to your camp in the evening for dinner and overnight.

Serengeti to Ngorongoro Conservations Area

Enjoy a final morning game drive in Serengeti. After brunch, begin your drive toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Game viewing continues en route. Arrive in the late afternoon and settle in at your lodge on the crater rim or nearby. Dinner and overnight near Ngorongoro.

Ngorongoro Crater - Departure

Rise early and descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a half-day safari in one of Africa’s most concentrated wildlife areas. With luck, you may spot black rhinos, large lion prides, and more. Enjoy a picnic lunch inside the crater, then ascend and begin your return to Arusha or proceed to the airport for your evening-flight.
