Arusha to Serengeti National Park

Depart early from Arusha and travel through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area toward the Serengeti. Along the way, enjoy panoramic views and optional brief stops at viewpoints. Enter the Serengeti via Naabi Hill Gate and begin your first game drive. Arrive at your lodge or tented camp in the evening. Overnight in Serengeti.

Ngorongoro Crater - Overnight at Karatu

Descend into the Ngorongoro Crater early in the morning for a half-day safari. With its high density of wildlife—including the Big Five—this is one of Africa’s greatest wildlife destinations. After a picnic lunch on the crater floor, ascend and transfer to Karatu for a relaxing evening. Overnight in a midrange lodge in Karatu.
