Gondar to Sankaber: Meet at Gondar Airport or your hotel in the morning. Drive to Sankaber via Debark, enjoying views of the lowlands and spotting gelada baboons. Trek 2–3 hours (7–9 km) to reach Sankaber Camp at 3,250m, with stunning views of the escarpment and Wazla.

Sankbar-Trek Geeach

Sankbar-Trek Geeach

Sankaber to Geech: Trek ~13 km (5–6 hours) through highland grasslands and heather forests. Enjoy views of the Jinbar Wenz waterfall and cross the river before ascending to Geech village. Stay two nights at Geech Camp, surrounded by giant Lobelia and traditional farmlands.

Geech to Imet Gogo: Trek 3–4 km (4–5 hours) along the escarpment, reaching a 4,070m viewpoint with breathtaking views of cliffs and valleys. Continue to Ambaras, then drive back to Gondar for an overnight stay or transfer directly to the airport.
