Day 2

Day 4

Today, venture further north to the remote Mara River region, best known for the wildebeest migration between July and October. Day 6
Serengeti – Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast, depart Serengeti with a final en-route game drive as you head toward Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Descend 600 meters into the world-famous Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, often called the “Eighth Wonder of the World.” The crater’s floor is teeming with wildlife, including lions, elephants, buffaloes, zebras, flamingos, and, with luck, the rare black rhino. After a rewarding safari, ascend and return to Karatu for overnight at the peaceful Marera Valley Lodge.

On your final day, visit Lake Manyara National Park, renowned for its dramatic scenery, soda lake, tree-climbing lions, and flocks of flamingos. Explore its lush groundwater forests, open savannahs, and hippo pools, offering a rich variety of wildlife in a compact park. After your game drive and a picnic lunch, drive back to Arusha where your safari concludes. Depending on your schedule, you may be transferred to Kilimanjaro Airport for your onward journey.
