Day 1

Your adventure begins at 7:00 AM with a pick-up from your Nairobi hotel or the airport. Drive westward with a scenic stop at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint to admire panoramic views and take photos. Continue the journey to Hell’s Gate National Park, arriving around 9:00 AM for a guided hiking or cycling experience through dramatic gorges, towering cliffs, and geothermal features.

Encounter zebras, gazelles, and giraffes along the way in this unique, walkable park. After the hike, head to your lodge for check-in and a well-earned lunch. Spend the early afternoon relaxing amidst the serene Lake Naivasha region. In the evening at 4PM, enjoy an optional boat ride on Lake Naivasha, gliding past hippos and colorful birdlife. A hearty early lunch is served before heading out on an afternoon game drive through the Lake Nakuru National Park.

Explore the lake’s shores, often dotted with flamingos and pelicans, and venture into the acacia woodlands in search of white and black rhinos, buffalo, and elusive leopards. Your guide will navigate through the park’s rich habitats, pointing out the diverse bird species and mammals. As the sun begins to set, the park glows with golden light, perfect for photos. Return to the lodge for dinner and unwind as the sounds of the wilderness come alive at night. Overnight at Lake Nakuru.

Day 3

After breakfast at 7:30 AM, depart Lake Nakuru and journey southwest toward the world-famous Masai Mara. The drive takes you through the scenic Mau Escarpment and lush highland farmlands, offering picturesque views and a glimpse into rural Kenyan life. Arrive at your lodge in the Masai Mara around midday for check-in and lunch.

After a short rest, head out for your first game drive in the reserve, where sweeping plains and rich wildlife await. Spot elephants, giraffes, zebras, and possibly lions or cheetahs as the sun begins to dip. The Masai Mara is teeming with life, and your guide will share insights into the animal behavior and ecosystem. Return to the lodge at sunset to freshen up before dinner.
