Your safari begins with an early morning pick-up from Entebbe. You'll drive north through Uganda’s scenic countryside, stopping en route at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for a guided walking experience to see white rhinos in their natural habitat. After lunch, continue to Murchison Falls National Park, Uganda’s largest and oldest park. In the late afternoon, visit the top of the falls to witness the powerful Nile squeezing through a narrow gorge and plunging down dramatically.

Day 2

On this day, you wake early for breakfast and head to the park looking for an animal game drive across the northern savannah plains of Murchison Falls. Keep an eye out for elephants, lions, Giraffes, Buffaloes, Jackson’s hartebeest, Oribis, and various bird species. After the game drive, return to the lodge for a relaxing getting ready for the afternoon boat and lunch.
In the afternoon, embark on a scenic boat cruise along the river. Later, hike to the top of Murchison Falls, where you can capture stunning photos and take in the breathtaking views of the falls from above. After breakfast, drive south through the Ishasha sector of Queen Elizabeth, well known for its tree climbing lions that lounge in fig trees. Keep your eyes open for sightings as you pass through. Continue to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and home to the endangered mountain gorillas.

After an early breakfast, head to the park headquarters for a gorilla trekking briefing. With the guidance of experienced trackers and rangers, enter the thick rainforest to search for a habituated gorilla family.
The trek can last from 2 to 6 hours depending on the gorillas' movement, but once found, you’ll spend one unforgettable hour watching them feed, groom, and interact just meters away. This is one of the most powerful wildlife encounters on earth.
