Day 1

In the morning around 0700-0800Am, you will start your safari with a drive to the Tarangire National Park. The park is roughly the size of Luxemburg and covers an area of about 2,600 km². Bush savannah, seasonal swamps, and giant baobab trees make up the landscape of this nature reserve and the park is probably one of the best places in East Africa to see elephants. From the open roof of the safari vehicle, you will be able to watch them and absorb the landscape. Apart from elephants, the park is also home to Masai giraffes, various gazelles, antelopes, buffaloes, lions, leopards, baboons, and more than 500 types of birds. After an extensive game drive, you will leave the park and drive to Mto wa mbu for an overnight stay.
The is well known as the home of Elephants due to its easiest way to spot groups of Elephant walking and moving together along the great Tarangire river which is also a main river which keeps the ecosystem of the Park.

Day 2

After breakfast, you will make your way to Serengeti National Park for a full-day game drive (and picnic lunch). A million wildebeest, each one driven by the same ancient rhythm, fulfill their instinctive role in the inescapable cycle of life here. The Serengeti has really special sights, sounds, and smells of Africa with stunning scenery, ever-changing light, and entertaining wildlife. In this park, the animals don’t walk to any schedule so we may find lions, leopards, elephants, zebras, cheetahs, antelopes, gazelles, hippos, and many species of birds and reptiles during our game drive. Here you might spend your day in the central park area or your guide will know where to take you according to the season (migration of the animals). You will have dinner and an overnight stay at Seronera Public Campsite.

Day 3

After breakfast you will your day will start and you will enjoy a half-day game drive in Serengeti National Park and before leaving the park you will visit Serengeti Visitor’s Center for more information about the park and be able to follow the trails of wildebeest and see some animals very close such as rock or tree hyrax, porcupines, and lizards. After that, you will have lunch, exit the Serengeti, and drive to Ngorongoro Highlands for dinner and an overnight stay at Ngorongoro Simba Campsite.

Day 4

After an early breakfast, you will enter the Ngorongoro Crater on a steep and narrow road. The slopes are forested, but the landscape changes to savannah dotted with the occasional acacia tree. The wildlife here is breathtaking and if you are lucky you might spot the Big Five – lion, elephant, buffalo, rhino, and leopard. The crater is also home to warthogs, wildebeests, zebras, hippos, hyenas, and many more. After a morning full of game viewing and a picnic lunch you will leave the crater in the afternoon and head to Arusha.
The Ngorongoro Crater is the world’s largest volcanic caldera, formed during the massive explosion of the volcano once higher than Kilimanjaro some 2 to 3 million years ago. The crater has a total area of 304 km², is 600 m deep, and has a diameter of 20 km.
After the wonderful game viewing in Ngorongoro Crater, you will be driving to Mto wa mbu at your lodge waiting for your last day to visit Manyara National Park.

Day 5

This last day of your tour will take you to the paradise of the primates and aquatic birds. Lake Manyara National Park offers breathtaking views and a large variety of habitats such as acacia woodlands and underground water forest. The park is very small but can support a large number of animal species and incredible bird life. It has a large concentration of baboons, giraffes, elephants, and impalas and the lions here are known for their tree climbing. After a great game viewing at Lake Manyara National Park, you will depart the park heading to one village of maasai where you will learn more about Maasai tribe and later you will be driving to Arusha.
