Day 2

After a heavy breakfast, depart for Tarangire National Park, a hidden gem famous for its enormous baobab trees and Africa’s largest population of elephants. The park is also home to lions, leopards, giraffes, wildebeests, zebras, and over 500 bird species. During the dry season, the Tarangire River becomes a vital water source, attracting large herds of wildlife, making for thrilling game viewing. Enjoy a relaxed game drive through varied landscapes including open savannah, wetlands, and woodland. Pause for a scenic picnic lunch inside the park, surrounded by nature. After an early breakfast, you’ll transfer to Lake Manyara National Park. Lake Manyara offers breathtaking views and a large variety of habitats, including acacia woodlands, water forests, baobab-strewn cliffs, algae-streaked hot springs, swamps, and the lake itself. Thanks to this diversity, the small park supports many animal species and incredible birdlife. Lake Manyara also has the largest concentration of baboons anywhere in the world, and the lions here are renowned for their tree-clim.
