2-Day Fly in/out Zanzibar Tarangire & Ngorongoro Crater

Flight from Zanzibar to Arusha (Tanzania Tourism Hub) then drive to Tarangire Natioanal Park

At 6:00 am (pick-up time depends on your hotel's location in Zanzibar), our driver will take you to the airport for an 8:00 am flight from Zanzibar to Arusha. Upon arrival at 9:15 am, our driver-guide will drive you to Tarangire National Park, about 1.5 hours from Arusha, while sharing insights about the history and culture of Arusha and the Maasai people.

Tarangire National Park is well known for its biodiversity including, large elephant herds, consisting of a diversity of landscapes, from seasonal swamps to savanna with the Tarangire River wending its way through the parklands. You may have the experience of seeing a lion stalking his prey or leopards watching whilst relaxing in the trees above.
Once the game drive is done, you will drive back to your lodge for relaxation, dinner, and your overnight stay.

Afternoon: You will enjoy your packed lunch inside the park.
Evening: The game drive ends at 4:00 pm. You'll be driven to the lodge for dinner and relax.

Ngorongoro Crater Game Drive transfer to Arusha for Flight back to Zanzibar Beaches

You will depart from your accommodation after breakfast at 6:00am for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. The drive takes about 30 minutes to reach the Ngorongoro Crater. You will embark on a full day crater tour game drive with a picnic lunch. In the afternoon, you will drive to Arusha Airport for your flight to Zanzibar, which departs at 4:30pm. Upon arrival at 5:30pm, our driver will meet and transfer you to your hotel.

The Ngorongoro Conservation Area is a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its natural and cultural significance. Once you descend into the crater, you will have an excellent chance to spot the Big Five animals (lions, buffalos, elephants, leopards, and black rhinos). You will also see bird species like flamingos in the crater lakes and marvel at the spectacular natural environment inside the crater. Be ready to spot many varieties of wild animals within a short timeframe.
