Day 1

Nairobi - Masai Mara

Nairobi - Masai Mara

You will be picked up from the airport or your hotel early in the morning and depart from Nairobi at 7:00 am. You'll arrive in the Masai Mara to check in at the camp, have lunch, and then settle in and relax. The afternoon game drive will begin between 3pm-4pm pm until dusk. Maasai Mara is one of the few places left on earth where wildlife still lives comparatively undisturbed, in the numbers that once roamed the plains and forests of Africa. As the northern tip of the vast Serengeti ecosystem, the Mara hosts the spectacular seasonal migration of many thousands of wildebeest, zebra and attendant predators. You'll then return to camp for dinner and your overnight rest.

Day 2

Masai Mara Fullday

Masai Mara Fullday

After an early breakfast, you will head out for a full-day game drive by 7:00 am. There will be an optional balloon safari (at an extra cost). The park is home to the famous Big Five (lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo and rhino), wildebeest, giraffe, hippo and crocodiles near the Mara River. Your picnic lunch will be inside the park during the game drive. Witness one of nature’s greatest spectacles as millions of wildebeest thunder across the plains of the Maasai Mara during the annual Great Migration. From July to October, vast herds brave crocodile-filled rivers and predators in a dramatic journey driven by fresh grazing, creating unforgettable wildlife moments and unparalleled game viewing. It’s raw, powerful, and truly the heartbeat of Africa in motion. The full-day game drive will come to a close by 4:00 pm. You'll then have dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 3

Masai Mara - Lake Nakuru

After an early breakfast, there is an optional visit to a Maasai village then after leave for Lake Nakuru with an optional en-route boat ride on Lake Naivasha or a visit to Crescent Island at an extra cost. Afterward, leave for Nakuru with a picnic lunch on the way. On arrival, you will head to your lodge that is situated inside the park with an enroute game drive. Check in for dinner and your overnight stay.

Day 4

Lake Nakuru - Nairobi

Lake Nakuru - Nairobi

After an early breakfast at 6:30 am, proceed to the park where you will see a lot of flamingos among other birds (about 350 species recorded). Lake Nakuru National Park is also home to the black and the white rhinoceros. The park has been established for the protection of endangered species such as rhinos. It is also home to colobus monkeys, leopards, giraffes, and a variety of plains antelopes. Afterward, depart to Nairobi where you will be dropped off.
