Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha

You will depart the lodge around 6:00 AM and head to the Ngorongoro Crater for your final game drive. As the world’s largest intact volcanic caldera and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the crater offers one of Africa’s most remarkable wildlife-viewing experiences.

Here, you’ll have the chance to spot a wide variety of animals, including wildebeests, zebras, buffaloes, elephants, and an array of predators such as lions, hyenas, and elusive leopards. The crater also hosts vibrant birdlife, including pink flamingos and water-loving species around its lakes and wetlands.

Midday, you’ll enjoy a packed lunch near the scenic Hippo Pool, a tranquil spot to relax while observing wildlife. After lunch, you will be transferred either to your hotel in Arusha or to the airport for your onward journey, marking the end of an unforgettable safari experience.
