Day 1

Arrival in Arusha

Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by your guide and transferred to your accommodation in Arusha. The drive takes approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour, offering scenic views of Mount Meru and the surrounding landscapes. If arriving at Arusha Airport (ARK), your transfer will take just 20–30 minutes.
Once at the hotel, check-in and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere or take in the beautiful views from your room.
Optional for an extra cost, you may choose to join a guided city tour to explore Arusha’s vibrant culture, bustling local markets, and key landmarks. Alternatively, you may simply relax at the lodge and unwind after your journey.
In the evening, savor a delicious dinner made from fresh local ingredients, then rest and prepare for the exciting wildlife safari that begins the next day.

Day 2

Arusha to Tarangire national Park

Arusha to Tarangire national Park

After breakfast, depart from Arusha for a scenic 2.5-hour drive to Tarangire National Park, renowned for its large elephant herds and towering baobab trees. Upon arrival, embark on an exciting game drive through the park’s diverse terrain, where you may encounter elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, and a wide variety of bird species.
Pause midday for a relaxing picnic lunch at a designated site inside the park, surrounded by the sights and sounds of the wilderness.
In the afternoon, continue your exploration of Tarangire’s remarkable wildlife and scenery.
Later in the day, exit the park and drive to your lodge in Karatu, nestled in the highlands. Enjoy a peaceful evening at the lodge, where you can unwind and reflect on the day’s unforgettable experiences. Optional accommodation upgrades are available for an extra cost.

After breakfast, embark on a scenic 1-hour drive to the Ngorongoro Crater, often called the “Eighth Wonder of the World.” Descend into this UNESCO World Heritage Site for an unforgettable game drive. The crater's unique ecosystem supports a high concentration of wildlife, including lions, elephants, rhinos, buffaloes, and more.

Explore the crater floor’s diverse landscapes, from grassy plains to shimmering lakes lined with flamingos. Your guide will share fascinating insights into the area's wildlife and natural features.

Enjoy a picnic lunch at a scenic spot inside the crater, surrounded by breathtaking views.

In the early afternoon, ascend the crater walls and begin your drive back to Arusha. Depending on your travel plans, you’ll be transferred to either Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha Airport, ending your safari with lasting memories of Tanzania’s iconic wilderness.
