Arusha – Tarangire National Park

In the morning, you’ll be picked up from your hotel in Arusha and drive approximately 2 hours to Tarangire National Park. Spend the day enjoying exciting game drives in this scenic park, renowned for its massive elephant herds, ancient baobab trees, lions, giraffes, and a wide variety of bird species. After a picnic lunch inside the park, you’ll continue your journey to Mto wa Mbu or the Lake Manyara area, where you’ll set up camp for the evening. Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay at a public campsite, surrounded by the sounds of the African wilderness.

Lake Manyara National Park – Ngorongoro

After breakfast, depart for Lake Manyara National Park for a half-day game drive. Explore the park’s diverse habitats, from lush groundwater forests to open plains, and spot wildlife such as flamingos, hippos, giraffes, elephants, and possibly the rare tree-climbing lions. Enjoy a picnic lunch inside the park before continuing your journey in the afternoon to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Upon arrival, set up camp on the crater rim at Simba Campsite (or a similar site). In the evening, relax with dinner and an overnight stay at the campsite, enjoying the cool highland air and stunning views.

Ngorongoro Crater – Arusha

After an early breakfast, you’ll descend into the breathtaking Ngorongoro Crater for a half-day game drive. This natural wonder offers a chance to spot the endangered black rhino, majestic elephants, lions, zebras, hippos, and a wide variety of birdlife in a unique and concentrated ecosystem. Around midday, enjoy a scenic picnic lunch at the Hippo Pool area on the crater floor. In the afternoon, ascend from the crater and begin the drive back to Arusha (approximately 3–4 hours), where you’ll be dropped off at your hotel or the airport, marking the end of your unforgettable safari adventure.
