Arrivaal to Arusha

Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO), you’ll be greeted by your driver or tour representative holding a sign with your name. After assisting with your luggage, they will transfer you directly to your hotel in Arusha. The drive typically takes 45–60 minutes, depending on traffic and weather. On arrival, check in and settle into your hotel to rest and prepare for your safari.

Arusha – Tarangire National Park

In the morning, you’ll be picked up from your hotel in Arusha and drive approximately 2 hours to Tarangire National Park. Spend the day enjoying exciting game drives in this scenic park, renowned for its massive elephant herds, ancient baobab trees, lions, giraffes, and a wide variety of bird species. After a picnic lunch inside the park, you’ll continue your journey to Mto wa Mbu or the Lake Manyara area, where you’ll set up camp for the evening. Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay at a Ngare Lodge surrounded by the sounds of the African wilderness.

Lake Manyara National Park – Ngorongoro - Arusha

On the final day of your safari, start with an early breakfast before departing for a half-day game drive in Lake Manyara National Park. Explore its diverse habitats, from lush forests to open plains, spotting flamingos, hippos, giraffes, elephants, and possibly the rare tree-climbing lions. Enjoy a scenic picnic lunch inside the park before continuing to Ngorongoro Crater for a game drive on the crater floor, where you may see black rhinos, lions, elephants, zebras, hippos, and abundant birdlife. In the afternoon, ascend from the crater and drive back to Arusha, arriving by late afternoon or early evening, concluding your unforgettable safari adventure.
