Arrival - Hoedspruit

On arrival you’ll be met at the airport by your guide to welcome you to the lowveld. As we head out towards our wilderness camp, be sure to keep your eyes open as the game viewing starts as we exit the airport. We pass through a small town, then it's on to remote wilderness of Selati Private Game Reserve. We’ll settle in before an introductory sundowner game drive and small walk.

Selati PGR - South

We're up early to make the most of our first full day as we explore the southern outcrops of the Lillies area. The boulders and mountains are a treat to explore on foot and go where no vehicles could take you. An relaxed afternoon back at the lodge to enjoy the view over the waterhole before an evening sundowner game drive.

Selati PGR - North

Our second full trail day will have us out early as we head north. A break at Galon Dam, the cape buffalos favoured morning watering hole, before we head for the Selati River. We’ll enjoy the cool shade of the rivers magnificent trees, while we explore this game rich area. We will have a break overlooking this amazing river system and the animals that call it home before heading back to camp and a well deserved rest before our afternoon game drive.

Depart - Hoedspruit

Today we say goodbye to Selati, but not before a final walk in the crisp morning air. These last days often provide great sightings, a way the bush makes sure we always return. Then we’re off for our short drive back to the town of Hoedspruit.
