Depending on your location, you will be picked up very early and transfer to Akagera National park, which is about 4-5 hours. En route through the country's remarkable landscape with views of the country's beauty and the lifestyle of its people
Upon arrival in the park early afternoon, you will proceed to check in and have lunch. After lunch, you will go for a boat ride on Lake Ihema, which will offer you great views of the surrounding areas; hills, and swamps. Expect to see Hippos, crocodiles, and more bird species. Dinner and overnight stay at Akagera Game Lodge.

Wake up early, enjoy breakfast, and go for a game drive in search of animals like Elephants, Giraffes, Buffaloes, lions, and several antelope species and Rhinos. Later afternoon after en-route lunch, drive out of the park and connect to Kigali. Upon arrival in Kigali, you will be dropped off at a location you advise in Kigali city, marking the end of the safari.
