Dar es Salaam to Saadani National Park - Game Drive

05:30 AM – Pick-up from your hotel/residence in Dar es Salaam.
06:00 AM – You'll depart for Saadani National Park (approx. 4–5 hrs drive). You'll arrive at the Saadani gate, registration, and park entry.
11:00 AM – You'll begin your game drive: look out for elephants, buffaloes, giraffes, warthogs, waterbucks, and possibly lions or leopards.
01:00 PM – You'll enjoy a picnic lunch inside the park at a scenic viewpoint.
02:00 PM – You'll continue with the game drive or relax by the beach side.
05:00 PM – You'll arrive at Saadani Bandas for checking in and take some time relax and enjoy the peaceful environment of the park.
07:00 PM – Dinner served at the Bandas or Cottage restaurant within the park, overnight at Bandas or Cottage.

Boat Safari on River Wami & Short Game Drive - Return to Dar es Salaam

06:30 AM – You'll have an early breakfast at your accommodation.
07:30 AM – You'll depart for a scenic boat safari on the Wami River, known for its hippos, crocodiles, and vibrant birdlife, including kingfishers, fish eagles e.t.
09:00 AM – You'll return from the river safari and a short rest, followed y short game drive covering new areas of the park and enjoying a slow, relaxed route out.
At 1:00 PM – You'll enjoy a picnic lunch inside the park before departure.
2:00 PM – You'll start the drive back to Dar es Salaam. We expect to arrive between 6:00 and 6:30 PM with drop off at your hotel.
