Dar es Salaam to Nyerere – Sunset Boat Safari

At 08:00 Depart Dar es Salaam and travel to Nyerere (approx. 4-5hrs). Arrival in the afternoon for lunch, settle into your Lodge and prepare for a sunset boat safari on the Rufiji River. Glide through the channels while spotting hippos, crocodiles, kingfishers, and perhaps elephants coming to drink at the riverbank. The peaceful ambiance and golden skies set the tone for your wilderness experience. 18:30pm return to lodge relax or take shower.
19:00- Before dinner, meet with your guide for a short discussion about the next day's plan and share some story of the park

08:00- Spend a full day exploring Mikumi beautiful wilderness. The Mkata floodplain is especially rich with wildlife and offers a chance to see lions, hartebeest, baboons, and many bird species. Your guide will choose routes based on recent sightings to maximize your experience.
12:30 to13:30pm - Stop for lunch in the bush or at a picnic site inside the park.
17:30 - Return in the late afternoon to your Camp for short rest.

Maasai Village Visit – Return to Dar es Salaam

06:00am - On your final morning, visit a nearby Maasai village to experience one of East Africa’s most iconic cultures. Engage with Maasai elders and warriors, learn about their traditional dress, ceremonies, and pastoral way of life.
08:00- After this meaningful cultural experience, back to Camp for breakfast
09:00 begin your journey back to Dar es Salaam, arriving and drop off at hotel or airport as needed.
