Day 1

Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park

Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park

In the morning our professional driver/guide will pick you either at the Entebbe airport or your accommodation and will give you a brief about the safari. You will then embark on a journey to Queen Elizabeth National Park which is Uganda's most popular and biodiverse national park, renowned for its stunning landscapes and abundant wildlife Spanning 1,978 square kilometres, it features diverse ecosystems like savanna, forests, lakes, and wetlands, providing habitats for numerous mammal and bird species. The park, located in the Western Rift Valley, is also known for its volcanic craters and the Kazinga Channel, a haven for hippos and other wildlife. Along the way you can have a stop over at the Equator Line for photos, refreshments and stretching. You will then proceed to Mbarara City where you will have lunch and drive to your accommodation in queen Elizabeth where you will check in and thereafter go for an evening game. Later you return to the lodge for dinner and evening relaxation.

Day 2

Have early morning breakfast at 6:00 am, check out of the accommodation and head out for a morning game drive. Imagine being out in the soft, early morning light, wrapped in a blanket, just as the animals emerge from their night’s rest or from the shadows of their nighttime adventures. The world feels fresh and new on an early morning game drive, the sun has yet to beat down upon the earth, and it may end up being your favourite time to be out on safari. We shall then visit the Kikorongo Equator line and thereafter have lunch before heading for a Boat trip on the Kazinga Channel are a wildlifeviewing highlight of Queen Elizabeth National Park. Cruise past pods of grunting hippos, watch elephants and buffalo come down to drink, enjoy flocks of pelican and other aquatic birds, catch a glimpse of the snow capped Rwenzori peaks, and keep an eye open for the giant forest hog, a local specialty. After we embark on the journey to Fortportal, check into accommodation, have dinner and relax.

Day 3

We'll have early morning breakfast and embark on a journey to Semuliki National Park located in western Uganda which is known for its unique ecosystem and the Sempaya hot springs. The park is a continuation of the Congo's Ituri Forest and features diverse wildlife, including primates and unique bird species. The Sempaya hot springs with both a male and female springs are a major attraction renowned for their geothermal activity and cultural significance. Return to Fortportal City for Amabere Nyina Mwiru, meaning "breasts of Nyina Mwiru," refers to a set of caves near Fort Portal, Uganda, known for their stalactites and stalagmites that resemble human breasts. The name comes from a local legend about Nyina Mwiru a princess whose breasts were said to have turned to stone after she defied her father the king. These caves are a popular tourist attraction offering both cultural and natural beauty. We shall have lunch then after go for a city tour, return to hotel for dinner and relaxation.

We shall have early morning breakfast, check out of the hotel and embark on the journey to Entebbe. Along the way we shall have stop overs to take beautiful scenery photos and lunch. Depending on arrival time in Kampala City we can take to you to the African Crafts shops to buy souvenirs to take back home. Thereafter our driver will drop you off at the airport for your onward travels or at a booked accommodation on extra cost.
