You'll be picked up from your hotel at 8 am and start a beautiful journey across the Great Rift Valley for a morning game drive. Less crowded than other parks, Tarangire offers a peaceful, authentic safari in the heart of Tanzania’s wilderness.

As the sun rises over Tarangire, the park awakens with life. You set off early, driving past ancient baobab trees and golden grasslands. Elephants stroll toward the river, giraffes nibble at acacias, and impalas dart through the bush. The cool air carries the calls of hornbills and the chatter of monkeys. In the soft morning light, predators like lions and leopards may still be on the move. Birdlife is vibrant, with flashes of color from rollers and bee-eaters. Midway, you pause for a bush breakfast surrounded by the sounds of nature—peaceful, wild, unforgettable. After lunch, we will depart for our next appointment, heading towards the lodge.

Day 3

After breakfast, we set off in the legendary Central Serengeti. Our journey takes us through the wild beauty of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, home to the Maasai and teeming with natural splendor. As we pass through the gate into Serengeti National Park, the vast plains stretch endlessly before us. Along the way to our lodge, we’ll encounter herds of wildebeest and zebras roaming freely, and with some luck, we might spot lions, cheetahs, or other predators on the prowl. It’s a journey into the very heart of the wild.

We begin this morning with a full day game drive into the heart of the Serengeti. As we journey across the land, its name, "endless plains”, reveals its truth. The earth unfolds in every direction, a boundless sea of grass stretching beyond the eye. Across these golden reaches move over two million wildebeests, accompanied by zebras and antelopes in their timeless migration. Here, the wild reigns supreme—lions lounge in the shade, cheetahs scan the distance, leopards slip through the trees, and hyenas call to the wind. This is the Serengeti: raw, vast, eternal.

Day 5

This morning, we leave the camp and drive towards the Ngorongoro Crater. After descending into the breathtaking Ngorongoro Crater, a natural wonder teeming with wildlife, you will drive through open grasslands, acacia forests, and swamps where lions, elephants, buffalos, and the rare black rhinos live. See flamingos at Lake Magadi and spot hippos in the pools. This is one of the few places in Africa where you can see the Big Five in one day. We have our lunch at one of the picknick areas in the crater. After visiting the crater, we drive towards Lake Manyara.

After a stop at the viewpoint overlooking Lake Manyara we visit today the bustling agricultural community of Mto Wa Mbu. The village is a melting pot of cultures and is considered one of the few places in Tanzania where representatives of all 120 tribes live peacefully side by side. During your visit, you will get a good impression of social life in the village, with its farms and mills, schools, markets, and churches.
Discover the vibrant tapestry of Mto wa Mbu, wander through local markets overflowing with fresh produce, taste diverse dishes made by food collectives using ancient recipes.
