Program of the Day: Today, your experienced driver guide from Maven Tanzania Safaris will pick you up from the lodge or airport, with picnic lunch boxes in hand. After a short safari briefing, you’ll begin your exciting journey to Tarangire National Park for a memorable game drive.
Tarangire National Park is famous for its large herds of elephants, towering baobab trees, and the elusive tree-climbing African pythons. Covering an area of 1,360 sq km (525 sq miles), the park features diverse savannah landscapes—dotted with baobabs and open acacia woodlands, as well as bush plains, swamps, and the life-giving Tarangire River. During your game drive, you’ll have the chance to spot a variety of wildlife including elephants, zebras, giraffes, gazelles, ostriches, and numerous bird species.

Program of the Day: After breakfast, your driver guide from Maven Tanzania Safaris will pick you up and drive you to Central Serengeti for a day of incredible wildlife sightings. You’ll enjoy a picnic lunch at a scenic spot within the park before continuing your afternoon game drive en route to your camp. The following day will be dedicated to a full-day game drive, giving you ample time to explore the heart of the Serengeti.
Serengeti National Park is world-renowned for the Great Migration, where millions of wildebeest, zebras, and antelopes move together in search of fresh grass and water, following the rhythm of the rains. The park is also home to a variety of resident predators, including lions, cheetahs, and leopards. Begin your day with an early morning breakfast at your tented camp in the heart of the Central Serengeti, surrounded by the quiet beauty of the wilderness as the day begins to unfold. Shortly thereafter, your professional driver-guide will meet you and depart with you on a scenic journey towards the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, carrying well-prepared picnic lunch boxes for your comfort throughout the day.
Upon arrival at the Ngorongoro Crater, you will descend into this extraordinary natural sanctuary for a guided game drive. The crater floor, rich in wildlife, provides exceptional chances to observe a wide variety of species in close proximity.
Your picnic lunch will be served at a carefully selected spot within the crater, allowing you to relax and enjoy your meal while immersed in one of Africa’s most iconic landscapes.
In the late afternoon, you will ascend from the crater and proceed with a scenic drive to Karatu, then to your lodge for overnight stay.

Program of the Day:
After breakfast, you will depart for Lake Manyara National Park accompanied by your professional driver-guide, carrying picnic lunch boxes for a half-day game drive. The park is renowned for its rare tree-climbing lions, large troops of baboons, and an abundance of wildlife including elephants, buffaloes, giraffes, and a remarkable variety of bird species.
As you explore its diverse habitats, from lush groundwater forests to open plains and the lakeshore you will enjoy excellent game viewing in a compact yet richly rewarding setting.
In the early afternoon, following your game drive, you will exit the park and proceed with a drive back to Arusha. Upon arrival, you will be transferred directly to the airport for your onward international flight or your domestic flight to Zanzibar for continuing relaxation at this beautiful Islands of Africa.
