Day 1

Tarangire National Park

You will be picked up from your hotel in Arusha at 7:00am, followed by a three-hour drive to Tarangire National Park, a hidden gem renowned for its dense population of elephants and iconic baobab trees. On this shared group safari, you'll enjoy a full-day game drive across the park's savannahs and river valleys.
Keep your eyes open for herds of elephants, towering giraffes, tree-climbing lions, and over 500 species of birds. Tarangire is especially vibrant during the dry season when wildlife congregates around the Tarangire River, making it a photographer’s paradise. Around lunchtime you'll be having a picnic lunch-box inside the Park, after lunch you'll proceed with game drive till late afternoon, then you'll be dropped to Ngedere lodge & camps for your overnight stay.

Day 2

You'll be picked up early in the morning from Ngedere lodge & camps and start the journey to Serengeti National Park, famous for the Great Migration, this legendary park offers a raw and awe-inspiring wilderness experience. Over the day, you'll traverse vast open plains, rocky outcrops (kopjes), and acacia-dotted landscapes in search of the Big Five and countless other species.

Expect to witness thrilling predator-prey interactions, graceful cheetahs sprinting after gazelles, and lion prides lounging in the sun. Depending on the time of year, you may also see thousands of wildebeest and zebras crossing the plains during their epic migration. You'll be dropped at TANP rest house(Seronera) for your dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3

You'll wake up at 5:45am for an early breakfast and to witness the sunrise inside the Serengeti. After breakfast, you'll embark on an early morning game drive until around 11:30am. Then, you'll have a picnic hot lunch and proceed the game drive. After lunch, you'll continue with a game drive in the Serengeti. You'll return to the campsite in time for dinner and your overnight stay.

Day 4

Then, you'll return to the campsite for a hot lunch and to pack your belongings into the Jeep. After lunch, you'll continue with a game drive in the Serengeti while making your way towards the Ngorongoro Crater. You'll arrive at the Ngorongoro Simba campsite in time for dinner and your overnight stay.

Day 5

After a very early (5:30am) breakfast, you will descend to the floor of Ngorongoro Crater, where you will have the opportunity to see the “Big Five” and various bird species. The crater is also home to black rhinos. You will enjoy your lunch inside the crater, surrounded by nature and high concentrations of flamingos. After spending 6 -7 hours on a game drive inside the crater, you will begin your ascent, passing through the campsite to pack all your luggage into the Jeep. You will then transfer back to Arusha.
