Upon arrival at the Olkiombo airstrip, you’ll be greeted and transferred to Mara Intrepids Tented Camp, nestled in the heart of Kenya’s Maasai Mara National Reserve, right by the Talek River. After settling into your luxurious tent with sweeping views of the savannah, enjoy a delicious lunch. The afternoon brings your first thrilling game drive, keep your camera ready for elephants, big cats, and towering giraffes. As dusk settles, return to camp for a lantern-lit dinner under the stars, accompanied by the distant roar of lions.

Rise before dawn and ascend into the sky on a magical hot air balloon safari, drifting silently over the Mara as the sun rises and paints the plains gold. Gaze down on zebra herds, graceful giraffes, and perhaps even a stalking predator. Upon landing, toast the adventure with a champagne bush breakfast surrounded by wilderness. Thereafter you will head back to the camp to freshen up before going for a game drive.
