Day 1

Our safari guide will meet you at your hotel in Arusha or Karatu, who will introduce themselves to you and give a brief overview of your safari before boarding a 4x4 Land Cruiser adapted for safari drives. You will then head to Tarangire National Park, a drive that may take up to two hours while sharing insights about the history and culture of Arusha and the Maasai people.

Tarangire National Park is well known for its biodiversity including, large elephant herds, consisting of a diversity of landscapes, from seasonal swamps to savannah with the Tarangire River wending its way through the parklands. You may have the experience of seeing a lion stalking his prey or leopards watching whilst relaxing in the trees above. You will also Enjoy a picnic lunch at a scenic location within the park, taking in the breathtaking views. In the afternoon, continue your game drive before returning to Arusha or Karatu in the evening, marking the end of an unforgettable safari experience.
