Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be greeted by your experienced driver-guide who will transfer you to your comfortable lodge or hotel in Arusha. This vibrant town is the safari gateway and offers a relaxing atmosphere to recover from your flight.
If time permits, you can explore local attractions such as the Maasai Market or the Cultural Heritage Center to get a taste of Tanzanian culture.
Enjoy a delicious dinner at your lodge while preparing mentally for the adventure ahead.

Day 2

Arusha to Serengeti NP

Arusha to Serengeti NP

After an early breakfast, you will either board a light aircraft for a quick scenic flight or set off on a road transfer to Serengeti National Park. Flying saves time and offers breathtaking aerial views of the rolling plains below.

Upon arrival in the Serengeti, you will embark on your first game drive. Depending on the time of year and migration patterns, your guide will take you to where the wildebeest herds are currently grazing—whether that’s the southern calving grounds, western corridors, or northern river crossings. Along the way, expect to see not only vast herds of wildebeest and zebra but also the predators that follow them closely, such as lions, cheetahs, and hyenas. You’ll settle in at a well-located tented camp or lodge, where you can relax after an exciting day in the wild.

Day 3

Serengeti NP to Ngorongoro crater

Rise early for a sunrise game drive, when many animals are most active and the soft morning light is perfect for photography. Spend the morning tracking the migration herds and other wildlife species, including elephants, giraffes, and large cats. After a bush lunch or a meal back at camp, you’ll journey toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.
This drive offers stunning landscapes as you move from the open Serengeti plains to the highland forests and volcanic ridges surrounding Ngorongoro.
Upon arrival at your lodge on the crater rim, take in panoramic views of the vast crater below while enjoying dinner and a restful night in a serene environment.

Start early with breakfast before descending into the Ngorongoro Crater, often called Africa’s natural Eden. This vast caldera shelters an extraordinary concentration of wildlife, including the endangered black rhino, large prides of lions, herds of buffalo, and graceful flamingos around the crater lakes.
Your guide will navigate the crater floor, giving you excellent chances for close-up wildlife encounters in this unique ecosystem. After a picnic lunch amid the wildlife, you’ll ascend from the crater and begin your return journey to Arusha. Depending on your schedule, you can be dropped off at your hotel, or directly at the airport for your onward travel.
