Your adventure begins with a hotel pick-up in Zanzibar and a smooth transfer to Zanzibar Airport. From there, board a scenic flight to Mtemere Airstrip in Nyerere National Park, where your safari journey begins.

Explore Africa’s largest national park on a full-day game drive. Spot elephants, zebras, giraffes, hippos, and many bird species as you traverse lakes, rivers, and open plains in search of wildlife encounters.

Enjoy a packed lunch in the heart of the bush, then continue your afternoon drive as the golden light sets the landscape aglow. End the day with a stunning sunset en-route to your lodge by the Rufiji River, where dinner and a peaceful overnight stay await.

Boat Safari, Village Tour & Fly out to Zanzibar

Start your day with early morning coffee or tea before heading out on a breathtaking boat safari along the Rufiji River. As the sun rises, you’ll glide past pods of hippos, Nile crocodiles, and a rich variety of birdlife in their natural habitat.

After the safari, return to the lodge for a hearty breakfast. Then, set off with our local guide to Mloka village for a cultural tour where you’ll experience daily life and traditions of the local community.

Enjoy lunch back at the lodge before your transfer to Mtemere Airstrip for your 4:00 PM flight to Zanzibar. Upon arrival, a driver will meet you and take you back to your hotel for a relaxing evening.
