Day 1
We'll pick you up from your hotel at 7 am to join other clients. After getting acquainted with the guide and other clients, we will drive to Tarangire National Park (a 1.5-2-hour drive), which is famous for its diverse landscape. The park is known for its abundance of ancient Baobab trees and has the largest concentration of elephants in the entire country. You’ll have unique opportunities to observe elephant family interactions.
During the game drive, we'll explore different areas based on reported animal sightings, focusing on predators such as lions, cheetahs, and leopards, which can be challenging to spot. Herbivores like giraffes, wildebeests, zebras, and more are plentiful.
Later, we'll head to the Tarangire River picnic site to enjoy lunch with a beautiful view. You may encounter small monkeys and baboons attempting to share your lunch, but there's no need to worry. After lunch, we'll continue with a game drive, exiting the park in the evening for our journey back to Arusha.
