After your arrival at Nairobi’s international airport or hotel, your guide will greet you and begin the scenic 2-hour drive to Lake Naivasha. Nestled in the Great Rift Valley, this freshwater lake is home to hippos, giraffes, and abundant birdlife. Upon arrival, enjoy a guided walking safari on Crescent Island, where you can walk freely among grazing zebras, giraffes, and gazelles with no predators around—an intimate way to begin your East African adventure.
After checking in to your tented safari camp, take some time to relax before heading out on a tranquil boat safari across Lake Naivasha. Glide past pods of hippos and watch African fish eagles swoop for their catch as the sun sets over the lake. Day 2-3

Depart early for the legendary Masai Mara National Reserve, enjoying the transition from lakeside serenity to open savannahs rich with wildlife. Arrive in time for lunch at your camp, followed by a short rest. In the afternoon, venture out for your first game drive in one of Africa’s most celebrated wildlife areas. The Mara is famed for its high density of big cats, large elephant herds, and dramatic river crossings during the Great Migration (July–October).
The next day is dedicated to morning and afternoon game drives, maximizing your chances to spot the Big Five and witness thrilling wildlife moments. Optional activities include a visit to a traditional Maasai village to learn about their culture and lifestyle, or a sunrise hot air balloon safari that offers breathtaking aerial views of the plains—especially magical during migration season.

Day 4-6

As the sun begins to lower, the Serengeti reveals its dramatic beauty and abundant wildlife—this is classic Africa at its finest.
Over the next two days, embark on both morning and afternoon game drives across the vast Serengeti plains. This park is renowned for its seemingly endless horizon, predator-prey interactions, and the annual migration of wildebeest and zebras. Optional activities mirror those in the Mara: a visit to a Maasai village or a hot air balloon safari, if you missed them earlier. Back at camp, enjoy fireside dinners under the stars.

Day 7-8

After breakfast, depart the Serengeti and enjoy a wildlife-filled drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. You'll approach the crater from the northern, desert-like rim. Stop for a scenic picnic lunch or eat from your vehicle while taking in panoramic views before descending into the world’s largest intact caldera for an afternoon game drive. The Crater floor is teeming with wildlife, including rhinos, lions, and flamingoes, all framed by lush green walls.
Spend the night at a nearby camp, then prepare for a full-day crater expedition the next day. With a packed picnic lunch, you'll explore this extraordinary environment in depth. Because of its enclosed nature, Ngorongoro offers a high density of wildlife, all easily visible against the backdrop of lakes, forests, and grasslands. It’s one of the best places in Africa to spot endangered black rhinos and to observe predator-prey dynamics in a condensed ecosystem.

After exploring Manyara, continue to your safari lodge or camp in Tarangire National Park. Arrive in time for lunch and some rest before heading out for an afternoon game drive.
The following day includes both morning and afternoon game drives in Tarangire, famous for its large herds of elephants and massive ancient baobab trees. This lesser-visited park offers a more off-the-beaten-path experience, with stunning scenery and excellent wildlife viewing. The rivers and swamps attract wildlife year-round, especially during the dry season when the park becomes a vital refuge.
