Fly to Northern Serengeti

Full Day in Northern Serengeti

Spend a full day tracking herds along the Mara River. Witness dramatic river crossings, crocodile ambushes, and predator-prey action. Stop for a picnic lunch under acacia trees. Return to camp for sunset drinks and dinner under star-filled skies at Mara Kati Kato or similar.

Transfer to Central Serengeti

After breakfast and a final northern game drive, journey overland to Central Serengeti. Explore the Seronera Valley, famous for big cats and year-round wildlife. Arrive at your lodge or camp for an afternoon game drive and a magical Serengeti sunset.

Drive to Ngorongoro Highlands

Depart with a morning safari, then head southeast to the Ngorongoro Highlands. Pass Maasai villages and wildlife-rich plains. Arrive near the crater rim in time to relax, enjoy forest views, and prepare for your final safari in the crater tomorrow. Stay at embalakai camp or similar.

Ngorongoro Crater Game Drive – Transfer to Kilimanjaro International Airport

After an early breakfast at the lodge, you’ll descend into the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Africa’s most iconic wildlife destinations. Often referred to as the “Eighth Wonder of the World,” the crater is home to an incredible diversity of wildlife, including the rare black rhino, lions, elephants, buffalo, and an array of bird species. Your expert guide will lead you on a thrilling half-day game drive across the crater floor, giving you the opportunity to observe the famous Big Five in a remarkably concentrated area.

Following the game drive, you'll enjoy a scenic picnic lunch inside the crater or en route, depending on timing. You will then begin the drive toward Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO).
