Arrival - Victoria Falls

You’ll be welcomed by our local representative at Victoria Falls airport and transferred the short distance to Mpala Guest & Adventure Farm. You will have time to settle into your eco-lodge cottage nestled in the tranquil wilderness before enjoying a relaxed orientation talk outlining the adventure ahead. In the evening you will set our on a sunset hike to the rim of Batoka Gorge, ending with a scenic dinner overlooking the majestic Zambezi River.

White water rafting + beach camping

Morning will launch into a full-day white-water rafting adventure down the thrilling Class IV–V rapids of the Batoka Gorge, guided by seasoned experts. In the afternoon you will enjoy a bush-style picnic lunch along the riverbank then continue rafting past ancient basalt formations and hidden pools. In the evening we will arrive at a remote white-sand Zambezi beach for a fireside dinner and overnight camping under a canopy of stars. Optional Fishing from the raft or the banks of the Zambezi is also possible.

Cultural Biking Adventure

We wake up to a riverside breakfast with serene sunrise views before our hike out of the gorge and return to Mpala.
In the afternoon we saddle up for a gravel biking adventure through Chisuma Village and pedal through scenic farmland, forests, and rural trails. Along the way we visit a local school and hospital for an authentic cultural connection before we enjoy our packed Bush Picnic. In the evening we return to Mpala for a refreshing shower before a farewell Dinner with traditional drumming. Option to join a friendly sand volleyball game for the adventurous.

Depart - Victoria Falls

On our last morning we up early for a sunrise breakfast at Mpala before we get ready for our last bike ride. We jump on our bikes and head towards the Zambezi National Park for panoramic views of the iconic Victoria Falls. We cycle the scenic park loop to visit the legendary “Big Tree”. A must do stop at a local craft market for handmade souvenirs before heading back to Mpala to freshen up before the return transfer to Victoria Falls Airport.
